Monique Stuart Injured in Car Crash on Highway 108 near Lancaster Road in Oakdale
Oakdale, California (November 20, 2019) – The authorities have released the name of a woman who was seriously injured in a fatal car accident in Oakdale on Sunday morning, November 17.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 8:45 a.m. on Highway 108 near Lancaster Road.
The California Highway Patrol said Hormoz Azizpor, 57, of Modesto, was driving a Toyota pickup truck when he collided head-on with a 2015 Nissan Rogue compact SUV driven by Hector Ramos Jose, 83, of Oakdale.
Azizpor succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Jose was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
Monique Marie Stuart, 38, who was riding in the pickup truck was injured in the accident and was flown to the hospital for treatment.
No further information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
