Man Injured in Modesto Pedestrian Crash on Coffee Road at Ensenada Drive
Modesto, California (January 12, 2020) – A man was struck and injured by a vehicle on Saturday evening in Modesto, according to Modesto police.
The collision happened just before 6:51 p.m. January 11, on Coffee Road at Ensenada Drive.
The report said that a man was walking from the west side of Ensenada Drive when he stepped into the roadway and was hit by a southbound car.
Man Hurt in Modesto Pedestrian Crash
The victim was transported to a hospital with possible broken bones and head injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police said alcohol was not suspected to be a factor in the incident.
The crash is under investigation.
