2-Year-Old Boy Injured in Modesto Pedestrian Crash on Chrysler Drive and Prescott Road
Modesto, California (October 17, 2019) – A boy was struck and injured by a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon in Modesto, according to a police report.
The crash was reported at around 4:27 p.m. October 16, in the 2100 block of Chrysler Drive at Prescott Road.
Police said a 2-year-old boy was playing in the street with other children when a car traveling westbound on Chrysler Drive struck him.
Boy Airlifted after Modesto Pedestrian Crash
The boy was flown to University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento with unknown injuries.
The driver of the involved car remained at the scene after the crash.
Chrysler Drive was closed momentarily as officials investigated the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
