Person Seriously Injured in Modesto Pedestrian Crash on Olivero Road near Jim Way
Modesto, California (October 10, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with major injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Saturday night in Modesto.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at about 10:20 p.m. October 5, on Olivero Road west of Jim Way.
CHP said a pedestrian was hit by a car traveling eastbound on Olivero Road. The indoved driver fled the scene after the crash.

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with major injuries. The victim’s identity was not immediately released.
The CHP is searching for a 2003 to 2005 white Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon believed to be involved in the crash.
