Michelle Pan Among Several Injured in San Luis Obispo Crash on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y”

San Luis Obispo, California (August 13, 2019) – Michelle Pan of Fresno was among several people injured in a fatal car collision that occurred on Wednesday night in San Luis Obispo, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred at about 10:00 p.m. August 7, on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y”.
CHP said a 2015 Honda Odyssey minivan was traveling eastbound on Highway 46 when it tried to turn left onto Highway 46 and collided head-on with a westbound 1997 Ford F-150.

Michelle, who was a passenger in the Honda, was transported by ambulance to Twin Cities Community Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
A right front seat passenger in the Ford truck was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Both drivers and other passengers were transported by ambulance to hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
The CHP is investigating the crash.
