1 Killed, 1 Seriously Injured in Meridian Car Accident on Highway 20 at Sycamore Cutoff
Meridian, California (July 30, 2020) – One person was killed and another was seriously injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Meridian, Sutter County.
The fatal crash happened at around 12:34 p.m. on State Route Highway 20 at the Sycamore Cutoff.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a blue pickup truck and a car were involved in the collision. The force of the impact caused the car to roll over multiple times and land on its roof.
