Minor Injuries Sustained in Merced Big Rig Accident at Sandy Mush Road
Merced, California (February 12, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a big rig collision Monday night in the area of Merced, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 9:16 p.m. Monday, February 11, at 5535 W Sandy Mush Road.
As per the CHP officials, a big rig and a sedan crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
