Man Killed in Mead Valley Pedestrian Accident on Clark Street near Cajalco Road
Mead Valley, California (February 1, 2021) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Saturday evening in Mead Valley, according to a local news source.
The deadly pedestrian accident happened at around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, January 30, on Clark Street, just north of Cajalco Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a man was attempting to cross the street when he was hit by a Honda Accord that was heading northbound on Clark Street.
Pedestrian Killed in Mead Valley Accident
The man was declared dead at the scene. His was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Authorities later determined that the deceased man was drunk at the time of the accident.
