Matthew McGinnie ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Willowbrook Accident on 105 Freeway near Wilmington Avenue
Willowbrook, California (November 9, 2020) – Matthew McGinnie, 20, of Los Angeles, has been identified as the pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Sunday morning in Willowbrook, according to the coroner’s office.
At about 3:26 a.m., on November 8, the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly pedestrian accident on westbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway, west of Wilmington Avenue.
The CHP said McGinnie, who was wearing a black T-shirt, was running in the freeway’s lanes and was struck by a car.

Sadly, McGinnie was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the mishap were not immediately available.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
