2 Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 46 in Wasco
2 People Die after Wasco Collision on Highway 46 near Beech Avenue
Wasco, California (November 9, 2020) – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle accident on Monday morning in Wasco, authorities said.
The deadly accident happened at about 4:38 a.m. on Highway 46, west of Beech Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Honda collided head-on with a BMW on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. The BMW’s driver was flown to Kern Medical Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Highway 46 was closed for about 3 hours due to the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
