According to a local news source the accident happened at about 7:30 a.m. on Lacey Avenue near Avenue 18 ¾.
As per the report, 33-year-old Mark Washington was riding a motorcycle westbound on Lacey Boulevard when he collided with a Chevrolet driven by 37-year-old Jose Lopez-Maldonado.
