Mark Snow, Adam West ID’d as Men Killed in Highway 395 Crash near Shadow Mountain in Adelanto
Adelanto, California (January 13, 2019) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Coroner has identified two men killed in a Friday night head-on collision in Adelanto.
Mark Snow, 35, of Helendale and Adam West, 59, of Los Alamos, died in the horrific accident which was reported at around 10:35 p.m. January 11, on U.S. Highway 395, just south of Shadow Mountain.
CHP said West was driving a Cadillac XT5 SUV southbound on Highway 395 when he swerved across the double yellow lines and collided head-on with an oncoming white Toyota Camry driven by Snow.
Both drivers died at the scene of the crash. Another person was airlifted to a trauma center with unspecified injuries.
The CHP said a caller reported that the Cadillac was being driven recklessly prior to the collision.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
