Major Injuries Sustained in Mariposa Collision on State Route 49 near Miners Inn
Mariposa, California (November 17, 2020) – Major injuries were reported Sunday afternoon following a pedestrian accident in Mariposa, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
Officials responded to the major injury crash site at about 4:00 p.m. in the 5181 block of State Route 49 near Miners Inn.
As per the report, a person in a wheelchair was hit by a red Toyota 4Runner on the highway, on November 15, in unclear circumstances.

The wreck left at least one unidentified victim with major injuries.
Meanwhile, authorities are gathering more evidence to determine whether intoxication was a factor in the crash.
