Dublin Man Killed in Car Crash on Frontage Road in West Oakland
Oakland, California (August 24, 2020) – A 21-year-old Dublin man was killed in a car crash that left a woman and a 7-month-old child injured in West Oakland on Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened in the 1300 block of Frontage Road at about 12:39 a.m. August 22.
The authorities said a man was driving a van northbound on Frontage Road when the driver lost control for unknown reasons and crashed into a parked semi-trailer.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
Dublin Man Dies after Crashing into Semi-Truck on Frontage Road in West Oakland
A woman and a child who was in a car seat were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The truck driver was unhurt.
