Clayton Man Killed in Car Accident on Interstate 80 Freeway near Pedrick Road in Dixon
Dixon, California (November 26, 2020) – A man was killed in a solo car crash in Dixon on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened at about 6:30 a.m. on Interstate 80 Freeway near Pedrick Road.
The driver of a Toyota 4Runner reportedly lost control on the highway and crashed into a guardrail.
The impact of the collision sent the vehicle off the roadway and into a dirt embankment where it rolled over several times.
The driver, a 28-year-old Clayton man, was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
