56-Year-Old Woman Severely Injured in Milly Valley Pedestrian Accident on Miller Avenue at Sunnyside Avenue
Milly Valley, California (January 23, 2020) – A 56-year-old woman was seriously injured after a pedestrian accident on Tuesday evening in the area of Mill Valley, according to a local news source.
The major collision happened at around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, on Miller Avenue at Sunnyside Avenue near the Depot Plaza.
As per the report, a woman was hit by a Golden Gate bus for unknown reasons. The woman’s leg was trapped under the front right bus tire.

Responding firefighters freed the woman before transporting her to Marin Health Medical Center in Greenbrae for treatment.
Officials said that the northbound Route 4 bus submitted to a drug and alcohol test.
An on-scene investigator was sent to the scene by the transit officials. A review of on-board cameras and any other evidence will be conducted.
According to Paolo Cosulich-Schwartz, a spokesman for Golden Gate Transit, a thorough investigation is ongoing.
