Anaheim, California (February 17, 2020) – A major motorcycle collision left a man and a woman were hospitalized on Sunday night in the area of Anaheim, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The major collision was reported at around 8:40 p.m. Sunday, February 16, on Ball Road and Trident Street.

As per the CHP officials, a 22-year-old man was riding a motorcycle with a 22-year-old female passenger when the bike collided with a car for unknown reasons.

Responding firefighters along with medical personnel rendered aid to the man and the woman who suffered severe injuries in the collision. The patients were taken to the UCI Medical Center for treatment.

Officials evaluated the driver of the other car involved in the crash and the motorist did not show signs of intoxication.

As of Sunday evening, no person had been cited or arrested in connection with the traffic crash.
