Luis Sosa Dies after Pacoima Pedestrian Crash at Glenoaks Boulevard and Desmond Street
Pacoima, California (February 7, 2020) – Luis Sosa, 44, of Pacoima has been identified as the pedestrian killed after a hit-and-run pedestrian crash that happened on Thursday night in Pacoima, according to authorities.
The crash occurred near Glenoaks Boulevard and Desmond Street intersection at around 8:16 p.m. Thursday, February 6.
As per the CHP officials, a burgundy, newer model SUV struck Sosa before fleeing the crash site. The SUV was last seen heading eastbound on Highway 118 from Glenoaks.

Sosa suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
The involved driver was later arrested by authorities. The suspect’s name was not immediately released.
