Earlimart, California (April 18, 2021) – The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the motorcyclist who died Saturday evening following a traffic accident in Earlimart as Luis Martin Alatorre Sr., 55, of Fowler.
The deadly motorcycle crash happened at around 6:26 p.m. Saturday, April 17, on Highway 99 at Avenue 16.
The authorities said Alatorre Sr. was riding his motorcycle when a vehicle hit him for an unknown reason.
Fowler Man Dies in Earlimart Crash
Alatorre Sr. was taken to Kern Medical, where he later succumbed to his injuries at 7:54 p.m.
No further details about the accident were immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol-Visalia.
