1 Injured in Los Banos Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Canyon Road
Los Banos, California (May 29, 2021) – A minor injury car crash was reported in Los Banos on Friday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Canyon Road at about 8:49 p.m. May 28.
A black Honda sedan and a Chevrolet Tahoe were involved in the crash. While the events leading up to the collision were not immediately established, the sedan is reported to have sustained major damage in the crash.
As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
