1 Killed in Los Angeles Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accident at Fourth Street and Central Street
Los Angeles, California (October 1, 2020) – A man died, four days later, after being struck by an alleged hit-and-run driver in Los Angeles Sunday night, the Los Angeles police reported.
The fatal pedestrian accident was reported at about 7:45 p.m., September 27, at Fourth Street and Central Street.
The man was hit by a dark-colored SUV while attempting to cross Fourth Street in unclear circumstances.
The SUV operator, who escaped the crash site, was reportedly heading south on Central Street at the time of the collision.

The pedestrian died at the hospital on Thursday, October 1, while undergoing treatment.
Officials are still searching for the suspect and offered a $50,000 reward for anyone who provides information that could lead to the identification and conviction of the driver.
