2 Injured in Los Angeles Train Accident on W Pico Boulevard

Los Angeles, California (January 20, 2021) – Two people were injured after a train crashed into a vehicle Tuesday evening in downtown Los Angeles, according to a report by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The crash was reported at around 5:55 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, in the 534 block of W Pico Boulevard.
As per the report, a Blueline train and a vehicle collided for unknown reasons.
Medical personnel responded to the scene and evaluated two people in the vehicle. The medics determined that both victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
None of the people aboard the train was injured.
W Pico Boulevard was closed in both directions while the investigation took place.
The crash remains under investigation.
