Major Injuries Sustained in Livermore Car Collision on 580 Freeway near North Flynn Road

Livermore, California (July 11, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Livermore, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The 580 Freeway accident happened at about 4:35 p.m. on the eastbound lanes just east of North Flynn Road.
A silver Chrysler 300 collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons.
A woman involved in the accident said her daughter was passed out in the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Responding paramedics confirmed that at least one person sustained major injuries in the accident. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment.
There were no other details available.
CHP is investigating the crash.
