Leslie Fajardo ID’d as Woman Killed in Sun Valley Pedestrian Accident on North Coldwater Canyon Avenue
Sun Valley, California (March 18, 2021) – Leslie Fajardo, 31, has been identified as the woman who was hit and killed by a train on Tuesday morning in Sun Valley, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred at about 6:45 a.m., on March 16, near the 7400 block of North Coldwater Canyon Avenue.
According to the officials, the Metrolink train 102 on the Ventura County Line was heading to Los Angeles when it hit Fajardo in unclear circumstances.
Sadly, Fajardo was pronounced dead at the scene.
The train stopped in the area following the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
