Wasco, California (June 7, 2021) – At least one person was killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision southwest of Wasco, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly crash happened shortly after noon at the intersection of Merced and Magnolia avenues.
CHP said a pickup truck collided with a big rig for unknown reasons at the intersection.

At least one person died in the crash. The name of the victim was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
