Pomona, California (June 13, 2021) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision that took place in Pomona on Sunday evening, according to CHP.
The accident happened on Pomona (60) Freeway at Phillips Ranch Road at about 6:50 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles rolled over following the collision that happened in the westbound lanes of the freeway.
At Least One Hospitalized after Pomona Car Accident
At least one person was taken to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center with critical injuries.
Four lanes were temporarily closed as authorities examined and cleared the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
