Lavelle Hayes ID’d as Person Killed in Victorville Crash on Amargosa Road and Tawney Ridge Lane
Victorville, California (April 13, 2021) – Lavelle Hayes, 23, of Victorville, has been identified as the victim who was killed Sunday night traffic accident that involved a patrol vehicle in Victorville, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 9:34 p.m., on April 11, on Amargosa Road and Tawney Ridge Lane.
According to the officials, a deputy sheriff with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department was responding to an incident and was traveling northbound on Amargosa Road in a marked patrol vehicle with lights and sirens in operation when it crashed into Lavelle’s car at the intersection.

Sadly, Lavelle was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
