Laura Bryant Hit and Killed by Car at Cedar Avenue and Shaw Avenue in Fresno
Fresno, California (January 20, 2020) – 56-year-old Laura Bryant woman has been identified as the woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Shaw Avenue in Fresno on Saturday night, January 18.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Laura Bryant was running across Shaw Avenue to get McDonald’s for her family when she was struck by a car.
The woman was thrown into the middle lane of the street and was hit by a second vehicle.

Bryant was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the first car remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
As per the CHP report, the second motorist fled the scene and is yet to be located.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
