East BayCalifornia (March 6, 2021) – One person died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in Lancaster early Friday morning, March 5.

The fatal crash took place at approximately 1:05 a.m. on Avenue I, just west of 50th Street West.

It was not immediately established how the male pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the morning hours.

Sadly, the unidentified man died at Antelope Valley Hospital while undergoing treatment.
