4 Hurt in Fatal Lancaster Crash near 20th St East & East Avenue J
Lancaster, California (November 27, 2020) – An alleged hit-and-run car accident that occurred at an intersection in Lancaster, Thursday evening, resulted in the death of one person.
The fatal crash was reported just before 7:30 p.m., November 26, near 20th St East & East Avenue J
The accident happened when a vehicle of unspecified make and built involved in a crash and escaped the scene.
Shortly after, the suspect reportedly ran a red light before crashing with an SUV.

Sadly, the SUV operator was pronounced dead at the scene while the suspect survived with minor injuries.
A person riding in the in the suspect’s automobile suffered head injuries.`
Meanwhile, two other passengers sustained minor head injuries following the mishap.
Officials arrested the suspect on suspicion of driving under the influence.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
