Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Car on Cajalco Road near Carpinus Drive in Lake Mathews
Lake Mathews, California (February 13, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday evening east of Lake Mathews, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash was reported at about 6:40 p.m. February 12, on Cajalco Road near Carpinus Drive west of Mead Valley.
The pedestrian was hit by an unspecified vehicle on the highway for undisclosed reasons.

The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel along with fire department officials who responded to the scene shortly after the wreck.
