Moderate Injuries Reported in Lake Elsinore Accident on 15 Freeway and Railroad Canyon Road
Lake Elsinore, California (February 8, 2019) – Moderate injuries were reported after a three-vehicle collision Thursday afternoon in the area of Lake Elsinore, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 4:19 p.m. Thursday, February 7, on 15 Freeway and Railroad Canyon Road.
As per the CHP officials, three vehicles collided for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the accident.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties who suffered moderate injuries as a result of the collision. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is underway.
