Latino Man Killed in Koreatown Hit-and-Run Accident on Beverly Boulevard near Normandie Avenue
Koreatown, California (January 8, 2021) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a hit-and-run motorist early Friday morning in the Koreatown neighborhood in Los Angles, according to a local news source.
Police said the deadly accident happened at around 2:15 a.m. on Beverly Boulevard, just east of Normandie Avenue.
According to the authorities, the pedestrian, described as a Latino man, probably in his 20s, was walking across the street outside of a marked crosswalk when a vehicle struck him.

The pedestrian, whose name has not been disclosed pending notification of family, died as a result of the crash.
The involved driver did not stop to render aid to the victim and fled the scene. There was no description of the suspect’s vehicle or the driver.
Police are still searching for the hit-and-run driver.
The accident remains under investigation.
