Koreatown Hit-and-Run Accident on Wilton Place and Fifth Street Left Female Party Dead
Koreatown, California (October 2, 2020) – A female party died after being stuck by a hit-and-run driver at an intersection in Koreatown early Friday morning, a local news source reported.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened in the area of Wilton Place and Fifth Street shortly after 1:20 a.m.
As per the Los Angeles Police Department report, the woman was hit by a dark-colored sedan at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
The operator of the sedan stopped for a moment then escaped the crash site.
Fatal Koreatown Pedestrian Crash
The unidentified pedestrian, who may have been making a delivery, died in the accident.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department is gathering more evidence to locate the motorist.
