Klamath, CA: Minor-Injury 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101, July 25
1 Injured in Klamath Car Accident on Highway 101 near Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park

Del Norte County, California (July 30, 2019) – A person was injured last week Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in the Klamath area, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at about 5:19 p.m. Thursday, July 25 on Highway 101 near the Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park. Highway 101 is also known as Redwood Highway.
As per the CHP report, two vehicles collided on the southbound side of Highway 101 for an unknown reason.

Medical personnel responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. It was immediately unclear if the patient was transported to the hospital further medical treatment.
All the southbound lanes of the highway were closed as crews worked to clear the roadway.
The crash remains under investigation.
