Fabian Garcia Arrested Following an Alleged Dui Crash on General Petroleum Avenue near Pico Street in Kern
Kern, California (January 24, 2021) – Two people were hospitalized after being involved in an alleged DUI collision Thursday evening in Kern a local news source reported.
The major injury crash took place on General Petroleum Avenue, near Pico Street, Shortly before 7:30 p.m.
A Honda Accord driven by 29-year-old Fabian Garcia on General Petroleum Avenue hit two parked vehicles at the night hours.
Garcia was reportedly driving under the influence at the time of the collision.
Major Injury Kern Thursday Evening Collision
A passenger riding in Garcia’s vehicle sustained major injuries and was airlifted to Kern Medical for further treatment.
Garcia was also rushed to an area hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in the wreck.
Garcia was later arrested and booked into Kern County Jail on felony drunk driving charges.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
