Injuries Sustained in East Compton Pedestrian Accident at Compton Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue
East Compton, California (January 24, 2021) – A male party was injured after being hit by an alleged hit-and-run driver at an intersection in East Compton Thursday night.
Officials responded to the crash site shortly after 9:05 p.m. in the area of Compton Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue.
The man was reportedly struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the crash site.
Officials said the pedestrian was in the westbound side of Compton Boulevard at the time of the collision.

Paramedics attended to the unidentified pedestrian who sustained injuries following the mishap.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating to locate the hit-and-run suspect.
