Motorcyclist Killed in Jurupa Valley Crash on Etiwanda Avenue at Jurupa Road
Jurupa Valley, California (September 3, 2020) – A motorcyclist was killed Thursday afternoon in a traffic accident in Jurupa Valley, according to authorities.
The deadly motorcycle crash happened at around 1:10 p.m. on Etiwanda Avenue at Jurupa Road.
Authorities said the motorcyclist collided with a mid-size sport utility vehicle on Etiwanda Avenue at Jurupa Road.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident in Jurupa Valley
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found the motorcycle rider, described as a male adult, suffering from major injuries.
Paramedics performed CPR on the rider. Despite life-saving measures, the victim did not survive his injuries and was declared dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of family.
The driver of the SUV, that vehicle’s sole occupant, suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
It is undetermined if intoxication played a role in the accident.
