Juan Negretecorvera Killed in Car Crash on Highway 101 in Los Alamos
Juan Negretecorvera ID’d as Man Killed in Los Alamos Accident on Highway 101 near Alisos Canyon Road
Los Alamos, California (November 6, 2020) – Authorities have identified the driver who died in a single-vehicle rollover crash Thursday morning in Los Alamos as Juan Negretecorvera, 24, of Madera.
The deadly accident happened just after 7:30 p.m. Thursday, November 5, on Highway 101, just south of Alisos Canyon Road.
According to California Patrol, a 2010 Mercedes GLK 350, driven by Negretecorvera, was speeding northbound on Highway 101 when, for unknown reasons, it drifted off the edge of the highway and crashed into a dirt embankment before it overturned.

Negretecorver was ejected from the vehicle and was declared dead at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle, the CHP said.
It is undetermined whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
