Westminster, California (June 20, 2021) – Authorities have identified the man who died early Saturday morning following a traffic collision at an intersection in Westminster as Juan Ayala, 23, of Santa Ana.
The deadly wreck happened at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, June 19 at the intersection of Newhope Street and McFadden Avenue.
According to the authorities, Ayala was driving a silver sedan at a high rate of speed when, for unknown reasons, he crashed into a parked vehicle.
The crash triggered a chain reaction involving several other parked cars.
