1 Hurt in Paradise Car Accident on Clark Road Near Pearson Road
Paradise, California (March 28, 2020) – 59-year-old James Ramsdell of Paradise was arrested and booked into Butte County Jail following an allegedly DUI traffic collision that happened last week Monday afternoon in Paradise.
According to a local news source, the crash was reported at around 5:27 p.m. March 16, along Clark Road just north of Pearson Road.
Ramsdell, who was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, was driving a red Chevy van when he rear-ended a white Ram truck on the highway for unknown reasons.
Injuries Reported After Paradise Car Accident, March 16
The truck operator complained of minor pain following the mishap. The unidentified victim was attended to by medical personnel who responded at the scene shortly after the wreck.
Police arrested Ramsdell on suspicion of felony DUI causing injury.
The accident remains under investigation.
