1 Hurt in Jackson Car Crash on Highway 88 near Dalton Road
Amador, California (December 20, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that left at least one person injured in Jackson, Amador County, on Saturday morning.
The accident was reported at about 6:46 a.m. December 19, on Highway 88 near Dalton Road.
A Dodge pickup truck and a sedan were involved in the collision. Although the events leading up to the collision were not immediately established, the impact sent one of the cars down an embankment.
The driver of one of the cars complained of pain and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
