Isaiah Pacheco Killed in Pedestrian Accident at Lafayette Street and Agnew Road in Santa Clara
Isaiah Pacheco ID’d as 15-Year-Old Boy Killed in Santa Clara Pedestrian Crash at Lafayette Street and Agnew Road
Santa Clara, California (February 19, 2020) – The 15-year-old boy who was struck and killed by a vehicle while attempting to cross an intersection in Santa Clara on Sunday evening has been identified as Isaiah Juan Pacheco of Santa Clara, according to the Santa Clara County coroner’s office.
The incident took place at about 9:20 p.m. February 16, on Lafayette Street and Agnew Road.
According to Santa Clara police, Pacheco was attempting to cross the street against a red light when a black Honda Accord traveling southbound on Lafayette Street struck him.
Isaiah Pacheco Killed in Santa Clara Pedestrian Collision
Pacheco was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Honda remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the collision.
The Santa Clara Police Department is investigating the crash.
