Hesperia, California (August 15, 2020) – Two persons were killed and two others injured in a Friday night traffic collision in Hesperia, according to police.
The deadly three-vehicle accident transpired at about 8:41 p.m., on August 14, at the intersection of Escondido Avenue and Sultana Street.
According to the authorities, a Honda CRV, a dark-colored GMC Yukon, and a white Acura collided at the intersection.
As a result of the collision, the Acura was split into two. The Yukon caught fire, which was contained by a Good Samaritan who stopped to assist.

The Acura’s driver and one other party in the Yukon were pronounced dead at the scene.
A man and a teenage girl in the Yukon were both flown to a trauma center in unknown conditions.
The Honda CRV’s driver was aided at the scene by the first responders.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
