Hector Soto ID’d as 21-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed in Anaheim Crash on Beach Boulevard near Stonybrook Drive
Anaheim, California (October 17, 2020) – Hector Chong Soto, 21, of Anaheim, has been identified as the man who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Saturday morning in Anaheim, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 2:00 a.m. on Beach Boulevard near Stonybrook Drive.
According to the police, Soto was attempting to cross the roadway when a car struck him.

Sadly Soto was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver fled the scene but later returned to the crash site.
It was not clear drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision.
