Hayward, California (May 18, 2020) – One person was hurt following a rollover traffic collision that happened in Hayward Friday evening, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The minor injury crash occurred at the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Grove Way just after 7:00 p.m.

The CHP did not immediately establish the circumstances that led to the collision of a silver Toyota Corolla and a black colored SUV on May 15.

Due to the impact, one of the involved automobiles overturned multiple times while the Toyota acquired major front-end damage.

One unidentified victim sustained minor injuries following the wreck.

The crash resulted in the closure of the roadway temporarily as investigation and clean-up took place.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
