Man In His 50s Killed in Harbor City Pedestrian Accident on South Normandie Avenue
Harbor City, California (February 10, 2019) – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday evening in Harbor City, authorities said.
The deadly accident, which was reported at around 6:26 p.m.Saturday, February 9, happened in the 25513 block of South Normandie Avenue.
According to the authorities, the man was attempting to cross the street outside of a crosswalk when for an unknown reason he was hit by an unspecified vehicle. The driver involved stopped at the scene and complied with investigators.
The unidentified man was declared deceased at the scene of the accident. He was a Harbor City resident and was in his 50s.
The crash remains under investigation by the authorities.
