Half Moon Bay, California (September 9, 2019) – Four people were hurt in a traffic collision in the area of Half Moon Bay on Saturday evening, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The collision occurred at around 3:40 p.m. September 7, along Highway 92, also known as San Mateo Road.

As per the CHP report, a Nissan Altima collided with a silver Dodge Ram 2500 on the highway for an unknown reason.

One patient was confirmed to have suffered major injuries while the other three sustained minor wounds. All victims were attended to by fire department officials along with the paramedics who arrived shortly after the wreck.

At least one patient was transported to Stanford Hospital for further treatment.

The identities of the injured victims remain unknown to this time.

The Nissan Altima acquired major front-end damage following the collision.

The investigation is still ongoing.
