Grass Valley Accident on Highway 20 at Idaho Maryland Road Seriously Injures One Person
Grass Valley, California (January 24, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a two-vehicle collision that left one person with serious injuries Friday evening in Grass Valley.
A white sedan collided with a red Toyota Tundra on westbound Highway 20 at the Idaho Maryland Road off-ramp at approximately 6:15 p.m.
The CHP did not immediately establish how the two vehicles crashed in the evening hours.
Due to the impact, one of the involved cars went 15 feet off the highway.
One unidentified person was hospitalized with serious injuries sustained in the wreck.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
