Glendale, CA: Major Injury Traffic Crash on 210 Freeway at Lowell Avenue

Glendale, California (March 17, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a car crash that happened Tuesday night in Glendale, leaving at least one person seriously injured.

According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided at about 9:47 p.m. on westbound 210 Freeway at Lowell Avenue.

Authorities said the vehicles collided for unknown reasons, blocking the Nos. 3 and 4 lanes.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims.

At least one person suffered serious injuries in the incident. The patient was hospitalized in an unknown condition.

All westbound lanes remained temporarily closed following the crash.

CHP is investigating the incident.
